Refund policy

To maintain fairness and protect our business, we closely monitor return activity. Excessive, fraudulent, or suspicious return patterns may result in restrictions on future purchases or returns. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

All U.S. returns must be processed through our online returns portal and shipped back using the prepaid USPS return label provided. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds. Exchanges are free of charge, and no return fee will be applied to exchanged items.

Please ship your return package within 7 days after initiating the return request. Once your package has been shipped, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of shipment from the carrier. In the event a return package is lost in transit, we may be unable to assist without valid proof of shipment.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return package to be received and processed after shipment. Refunds issued to the original payment method may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements.
