Free Ground Shipping on All U.S. Orders

All domestic orders within the United States qualify for free ground shipping via FedEx.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. The cut-off time for same-day processing is 1:00 PM PDT.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 4–8 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs for upgraded shipping methods, if selected, will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, selected service, and total order weight.

For security purposes, all orders valued at $2,000 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@xirena.com.
